The process repeats until you are satisfied with the final product.
Recent work, with the numbers.
Healthcare, HR, QA, finance and more. Every project here has a full write-up: what was built, how it works, what it changed, and what went wrong along the way.
What a year with us actually looks like.
Most agencies show you the launch. These are the months after: the fixes, the new ideas, and the systems still running.
Found us on Fiverr in July 2025 with a one-line brief: email me when a stock crashes. It grew into a research tool he still uses every day.
“They were very deliberate and straight to the point.”Clutch review, November 2025
- Jul 2025Small fixed-price build on his own AWS and OpenAI accounts
- Aug 2025Alerts live in his format. Full code handed over
- Nov 2025Stage two: price history for every stock since listing, searchable
- Jan 2026A SQL playground we suggested, plus ongoing fixes and support
- Oct 2026Still emailing him every single day
The work that's quietly costing you.
Five problems we hear on almost every first call. Scroll on, and watch each one switch over.
Your team re-types the same data into the CRM, spreadsheets and invoices every day.
Workflow automation moves the data between your systems on its own. Nobody copies and pastes.
Calls go to voicemail and new leads wait hours for a reply.
An AI receptionist answers every call, books appointments and follows up with new leads in minutes.
Invoices, forms and records pile up waiting for someone to read them.
AI document processing reads, checks and files them, and only flags the exceptions to a person.
You bought an off-the-shelf AI tool and it doesn’t fit how your business works.
A custom AI agent built around your own tools, rules and data, that does the work instead of suggesting it.
Your last developer disappeared the week after launch.
Support and maintenance included, you own the code, and clients who stay with us for years.

The questions business owners ask before hiring an AI automation company, answered by our founder.
How much does AI automation cost for a small business?
A fixed-scope pilot on one workflow costs $2,000 to $3,000, depending on how complex it is and how many systems it touches. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer that starts at $1,500 a month for teams of up to 15 people. You get a rough figure on the first call, and the full ranges by company size are on our pricing page.
Most of the repetitive work your team does every day: data entry between systems, answering and routing calls and emails, booking appointments, reading invoices and forms, chasing follow-ups, and building reports. If someone does the same steps over and over, it is usually a good candidate for automation.
Most single workflows reach a working first version within a few weeks, and you see progress every week along the way. On one recent project the client saw a first sample of the output seven days after our first call.
Yes. We build AI voice agents that answer every call, book straight into your live calendar, answer common questions and pass anything unusual to your team with the details filled in. One 40-doctor healthcare network now handles 85% of routine bookings with no human involved.
Usually, yes. If your CRM, booking, accounting or practice software has an API or an export, we can connect to it, so your team keeps the tools they know. We check this on the first call, before you commit to anything.
No. Most of our clients are business owners and operations managers, not engineers. We handle the build, the setup and the integrations, and we explain how everything works in plain language. One client asked for a diagram "as simple as possible", so we wrote him a plain-English manual for his own system.
Yes, when it is built properly. We have built a UK GDPR-compliant voice assistant that runs inside a London clinic, moved full patient registries out of legacy systems, and deployed private AI that never sends records to OpenAI or any other third party. Where your data cannot leave your environment, we deploy inside it.
You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs on. Every project includes at least two months of free support and maintenance, and most clients stay with us long after: one client's system has been live and supported for 15 months.
For most businesses under 100 people, an agency costs far less. A senior AI engineer's base salary runs about $15,800 a month for one skillset, before recruiting and benefits. Our retainers start at $1,500 a month and cover AI, backend, integrations and support.

where your ROI is.
A direct conversation with Kash, our founder, not a sales rep. You'll leave with three things: the workflow worth automating first, a rough cost and timeline, and an honest answer on whether AI is the right fix. If it isn't, we'll tell you. No deck, no paid audit, no obligation.
