For too long, the productivity gains from AI have gone entirely to the service providers delivering the work. Projects that once took days get finished in hours. Margins improve. Invoices stay the same. Clients see none of it.

We founded ValueStreamAI LLC in 2025 with a different belief: every business — whether five people or five hundred — deserves access to practical AI without paying enterprise consulting fees. Local businesses, startups, manufacturers, agencies, and family-owned companies should be able to compete on the same operational footing as companies with six-figure automation budgets.

Our goal is not to sell AI for the sake of AI. It is to identify real business problems, communicate honestly about what is possible, and deliver automation that creates measurable value. We operate across the US and UK, with team members in Pembroke Pines, Florida and Paisley, Scotland.

While working in the technology industry, I watched AI dramatically improve the efficiency of software teams. Projects that once took days could be completed in hours, yet clients rarely benefited from those gains. Service providers became more profitable, but businesses continued paying the same invoices for work that had become faster and easier.

That did not sit right with me.

I started ValueStreamAI with a full-stack engineering background and a specific focus on AI systems, agent architecture, and production automation. Every client engagement starts with a direct conversation — no account manager, no handoff to a junior team. Based in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
