Are AI-generated images safe to use commercially?
It depends on the tool. Adobe Firefly 3 output is commercially indemnified — Adobe guarantees legal protection because its model was trained exclusively on licensed Adobe Stock material. Midjourney V7 and FLUX.2 Pro output exists in a greyer area for commercial use. We advise clients on the right tool for their use case: Firefly for fully indemnified commercial assets, Midjourney for internal or editorial use where IP risk is acceptable.
Can AI design maintain our brand visual identity?
Yes. Using style references, character sheets, and SKILL.md prompt engineering packages, we train generative pipelines on your brand guidelines. Midjourney V7's character consistency feature and FLUX.2 Pro's reference adherence make it possible to produce campaigns where every image looks like it came from the same photographer or art director. What is the process for a generative design project?
We start with a brand audit and style reference session: collecting your existing visual assets, color palettes, typography, and tone-of-voice. For ongoing campaigns, we deploy a production pipeline with quality gates that approves assets automatically or flags them for human review. Final assets are delivered in all required formats.
Can you create AI video content as well as static images?
Yes. We build video pipelines using Google Veo 3 for cinematic quality and OpenAI Sora for photorealistic scenes. For short-form social content, product explainers, and brand ads, these tools dramatically reduce production cost compared to traditional video. We also combine AI-generated footage with voiceover automation using ElevenLabs for complete script-to-screen pipelines.
