We read the local pages of the two other St. Petersburg-headquartered providers before writing this, rather than guessing at what they do. Both lead with genuine, defensible local credibility: one has operated in the city for over 15 years across 200-plus projects and puts its senior team in the room for kickoffs and go-lives rather than routing you through offshore delivery. The other leads with fast turnaround, a 2-to-4-week path to a first live automation, and a founder who serves the wider Tampa Bay region personally.

Both are honest about being generalists: workflow automation, system integration, custom development, AI consulting. Neither publishes a case study on their local page. Neither shows pricing. Neither claims anything about taking an action with financial consequences, a payment, a booking with money attached, during an AI-driven call.

The reason this is engineering rather than a feature checkbox is PCI scope. Any system that transmits, processes, or stores cardholder data falls inside PCI DSS compliance requirements. Masking at the point of capture keeps the conversational AI, the transcript store, and the recording archive entirely outside that boundary.
